We were approached by Morgan Forbes (who were recommended to us via an existing client) in 2008.

 

The initial brief was to supply and install a server and 6 PC's. After discussing a range of options we installed an HP ProLiant server capable of supporting approx 10 to 15 users in order to keep the startup costs down.

 

Within a few months of working together we tweaked the design and completely re-wrote their website, as well as taking over their hosting and running electronic marketing campaigns.

 

Morgan Forbes continue to grow at a significant rate, and we have just installed a second server which will allow them to grow to approximately 50 users without significant additional spend.

 

They are on a maintenance contract and we therefore monitor both servers on a daily basis as well as providing telephone, remote and onsite support as appropriate. We enjoy an excellent working relationship that is built on trust and honesty from both sides.

 

 

We recently installed a new, more powerful server to handle to continued growth and re-deployed the initial server to the Madeira office which we support remotely.
