Whilst we are always happy to help with any IT related problem, we believe in IT support being proactive rather than reactive; this is why our maintenance contracts offer enhanced benefits that help keep your network reliable and secure.

Maintenance contracts start from as little as £100 per month and can be tailored to include all or any of the following:
  • Monitoring of backups
  • Server alerts
  • Antivirus updates
  • Ensuring up to date service packs and patches
  • Telephone support
  • Remote support

Any warning messages get sent to a dedicated email address and are automatically forwarded to our engineers' mobile phones in order that any issues can be responded to quickly.

On every maintenance contract we perform a monthly check on your server(s) which will allow us, in many cases, to spot a potential problem before it becomes critical.
