Maintenance contracts start from as little as £100 per month and can be tailored to include all or any of the following:
- Monitoring of backups
- Server alerts
- Antivirus updates
- Ensuring up to date service packs and patches
- Telephone support
- Remote support
Any warning messages get sent to a dedicated email address and are automatically forwarded to our engineers' mobile phones in order that any issues can be responded to quickly.
On every maintenance contract we perform a monthly check on your server(s) which will allow us, in many cases, to spot a potential problem before it becomes critical.
